Terms & conditions
Last updated 30 July 2026
These terms apply when you order from MyPeptides. Please read them before buying — placing an order means you accept them. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.
1Who may order
You must be 18 or over and ordering for laboratory research or analytical reference use. By ordering you confirm both, and that you are competent to handle the material safely.
We may refuse or cancel an order, or close an account, if we believe the products are intended for human or animal use, or if an order appears fraudulent.
2What we sell — and what we do not claim
Everything we sell is supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. Our products are not medicines, supplements, cosmetics or food.
We make no claim, and you should read none into our material, that any product treats, prevents, cures or diagnoses any condition. Nothing on this site is medical advice. See our research-use disclaimer.
3Orders
An order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we email to confirm dispatch, not when you pay. If we cannot fulfil an order we will tell you and refund you in full.
We try to keep the site accurate, but if a price or description is obviously wrong we may cancel the order and refund you rather than supply on those terms.
4Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. Delivery is shown before you pay. The total you approve at checkout is the total you are charged.
Payment is taken through our payment providers. Your card details are entered on their secure form and never reach our servers. Nothing is dispatched until payment clears.
5Delivery
Dispatch times, carriers and costs are set out on our shipping page. Delivery estimates are estimates: once a parcel is with the carrier its progress is not in our hands, though we will chase it for you.
Risk passes to you on delivery. If a parcel arrives damaged, or does not arrive, tell us and we will resend or refund.
6Cancellation, returns and refunds
If you are a consumer in the UK you may normally cancel within 14 days of receiving your order and return it for a refund, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. For safety and integrity reasons, sealed products cannot be returned once unsealed.
The full process, timescales and return address are on the returns page. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
7Your account
Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access. You can ask us to close your account at any time.
8Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses.
We do not limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
Because these products are supplied for research, you are responsible for handling, storing and disposing of them lawfully and safely, and for any use you put them to.
9Your data
How we handle your information is set out in our privacy & cookie policy.
10Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published when you order, and the date at the top says when it last changed.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK you may bring proceedings in your own country.
