Who can buy from MyPeptides?

MyPeptides sells to qualified researchers, laboratories and institutions for research use only. By purchasing, you confirm you are a qualified researcher operating within your jurisdiction. We do not sell to the general public.

Do you provide Certificates of Analysis?

Yes. Every batch ships with a signed Certificate of Analysis that includes batch number, purity by HPLC, mass spectrometry identity confirmation, analysis method and date. Historical CoAs are available on request.

What purity should I expect?

Our target is ≥99% purity by HPLC. If a batch fails to meet spec it does not leave the facility. Actual purity for your batch is printed on the CoA in the box.

How is my order shipped?

Same-day UK dispatch on orders placed before 12:00 PM (Mon–Fri). We ship tracked, insulated parcels across the UK and mainland EU. Every order is covered by shipment protection.

Do you ship outside the UK and EU?

How should I store peptides on arrival?

Lyophilised peptides should be stored at −20 °C for long-term stability. After reconstitution with bacteriostatic water, keep refrigerated at 2–8 °C and use within the manufacturer's stated period.

Can I reconstitute without bacteriostatic water?

Accepted Answer

We recommend bacteriostatic water (0.9% benzyl alcohol) for reconstitution to preserve stability. Sterile water can be used for immediate research work but does not offer the same shelf life.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Report any damaged or missing items within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We resend or refund covered claims within one working day — see the Returns page.
